Coyote Part 2. Since I had 10 minutes with this Coyote on Sunday I took hundreds of images. Ive completed the culling and here are 3 more keepers. The first one he is trudging through the snow right before he sees me. The 2nd image I thought he was setting up to pounce on something but it was just a bid long stretch. The last image he hears something behind him but I guess it wasn't worth a chase. SW CT 12/28/25

150 yards of frozen pond separate this very healthy looking Coyote from me. We spent 10 minutes together as he hunted, notice the snow on his snout from his attempts to find something below the surface as he eyeballs me. Then his pack, deep in the woods start to howl. In the last image he is returning their call and in a flash he returns to the woods behind him. It was a great experience for me. SW CT 12/28/25

A snow covered back road in Southbury CT leads you to a red barn. Classic winter in new England. Life is good!

Look at the image closely. I was so happy that these two landed in the tree and no branches got in the way. While the eagle on the bottom is giving me the stink eye a Blue Jay tries a sneak attack but they are unphased! New Haven County CT 11/28/25

I've never seen one of these Pileated Woodpeckers eating a berry. Always banging away at a tree for ants and insects. Oxford CT 11/20/25
